how to measure

Measure the widest part of your natural nail bed — not the length. Do this for your thumb (usually the widest) so you get your largest size.

1. 1Place a flexible tape or a strip of paper across your nail at its widest point.
2. 2Mark both edges, then measure the distance in millimetres (mm) with a ruler.
3. 3Round to the nearest 0.5mm. If you're between two sizes, size up.
