For hygiene and safety reasons, press-on nails cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave our facility. The exceptions below cover damaged and incorrect orders.
No refunds or exchanges (hygiene)
Because press-on nails are a personal-use product, we're unable to accept returns or process refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or fit.
We recommend using the size guide and fit quiz before ordering to get the best match.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right.
Email support@lovepopnails.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.
