method 1: flexible tape
Find the widest part of your nail bed, measure across following the curve, note the measurement and repeat for each nail. Reference our size chart above.
method 2: sticky tape
Place tape over your nail, mark both edges, remove the tape, measure the widest distance in mm with a ruler. Reference the size chart.
